I love shrimp and since I started my Dukan Diet I have been eating a lot of them. They are so easy to make and versatile. I have been making them in many ways, but this is one of my favorites. You can make this recipe in less than 10 minutes.
- 10 to 12 frozen or fresh shrimps- clean
- 4 Roasted Garlic cloves (see my recipe here)
- Parsley or Cilantro
- Juice of 1 lemon
Spray a pan with PAM Olive oil, add the mashed garlic and cook a little. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3 - 4 minutes on each side. Add the Parsley/Cilantro and cook for about 1 or 2 more minutes until shrimps are done.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the shrimp and turn the flames off. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve while hot.
See? I told you it was easy and quick. And most important of all - carb free!
