Easy Ground Beef Lettuce Wrap Recipe: Dukan Approved


Continuing with the Dukan Diet approved recipes that you can quickly make at your office, I have here a nice version of a beef lettuce wrap. I first ate a lettuce wrap at P.F. Chang and really enjoyed it. I have been making different variations ever since.

These recipe is fairly easy to do at the office, however it takes a little preparation at home. You will have to cook your  ground beef at home - you can do it anyway you want. The simplest way is to put in in a pan sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle some spices like garlic, onion, cumin, adobo (whatever you like). Put some worcester sauce and cook until the meat has browned. Put in a recipient and take to the office.

At the office you will need some nice leafy lettuce (washed and separated carefully so the leaves do not break). Put the meat on top and add some avocado (remember I am allowing some fat on my diet - if you are doing it strictly do not add avocado). I also added a dash of jalapeño sauce.


You will roll the lettuce and enjoy!
