A Baby Block Party - 1st year birthday cake






I always wanted to do one of this!!! a baby block. So I got my chance to celebrate birthday #1 of baby Matt - hence the block letters. The cake is layered (4 layers) of chocolate and vanilla pound cake. The white is buttercream and the accents are fondant. The baby and bear are half gum paste and half fondant. The baby actually looks like Matt - really.

    Awww Está precioso!!! Debe ser todo un arte manejar el fondant para hacer el baby, no conozco la 'gum paste' o igual si pero no me se el nombre en español jaja
